When you create an account or use our Service, we may collect:

  • Account Information — name, email address, phone number, and password.
  • Residential Information — property name, unit number, and lease details as provided by your property manager.
  • Vehicle Information — license plate number, make, model, color, and year.
  • Payment Information — credit or debit card details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Usage Data — pages visited and features used within the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and manage parking permits and vehicle registrations.
  • Process payments for parking fees and permits.
  • Enable guest vehicle registration on your behalf.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations at your property.
  • Improve and maintain the quality of our Service.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secured databases with access restricted to authorized personnel. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS encryption.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Stripe — secure payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
  • Google Analytics — anonymized website usage analytics used solely to improve our Service.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third parties.

5. Your Rights & Data Control

You are in control of your personal data. You have the right to:

  • Access — view the personal information we hold about you through your account dashboard.
  • Update — modify your account information, vehicle details, and payment methods at any time.
  • Delete — request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

When you request account deletion, all personal information, vehicle records, transaction history, and payment method references are permanently removed from our systems. Nothing is retained after deletion.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
