Keep Your Tow Truck Roster Up-to-Date!

Managing your fleet of tow trucks is simple with ParkPlus. Keep an accurate inventory of your vehicles within the system, making it easier to track assignments, maintenance (if applicable in other modules), and overall fleet composition.

Why manage your fleet here? A clear fleet list helps with organization, dispatching (potentially), and maintaining accurate company asset records.

Viewing Your Fleet:

Find the 'Fleet' or 'Trucks' option in your main navigation menu. This page lists all the tow trucks currently registered under your company account.

Adding a New Truck to Your Fleet:

Expand your fleet in the system with these easy steps:

  1. Locate "Add Vehicle" Button: On the main 'Fleet' page, click the "Add Vehicle", "New Truck", or button.
  2. Enter Truck Details: This takes you to the 'Fleet Configuration' page. Enter the truck's details:
    • Name: Give it a unique name (e.g., "Truck 07", "Flatbed 2").
    • Year: Enter the model year.
    • Make: Enter the manufacturer (e.g., "Ford", "Ram").
    • Model: Enter the specific model (e.g., "F-550", "3500").
  3. Double-Check: Review the information for accuracy.
  4. Save: Click the "Save", "Create", or "Submit" button.

Editing Truck Details:

Need to correct a typo or update information?

  1. Go to Fleet List: Navigate to the main 'Fleet' list.
  2. Find Truck: Locate the truck you need to update.
  3. Click Edit: Click the "Edit", "Configure", or pencil icon () next to the truck's record.
  4. Make Changes: Modify the Name, Year, Make, or Model as needed.
  5. Save: Click "Save", "Update", or "Submit" to apply your changes.

Deleting a Truck from Your Fleet:

If a truck is retired or sold:

  1. Go to Fleet List: Navigate to the main 'Fleet' list.
  2. Find Truck: Locate the truck you want to remove.
  3. Click Delete: Click the "Delete", "Remove", or trash can icon () next to its record.
  4. Confirm: Confirm the deletion when prompted.
