ParkPlus Reports provide valuable data on your team's performance, tow types, and activity across different properties. Use these insights to monitor efficiency, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize your towing business.

Why use reports? Track driver productivity, understand your most common tow types, and see which properties generate the most activity.

Generating a Report:

Getting your data is straightforward:

  1. Navigate to Reports: Go to the 'Reports' section from your main menu.
  2. Select Options: Choose the report parameters:
    • Report Type: Select from the dropdown.
    • Dates: Choose a 'Start Date' and 'End Date'.
  3. Generate: Click the "Generate Report", "Run", or "Submit" button.
  4. View Results: The report data will appear below, often as charts or tables.

Understanding the Towing Reports:

This report focuses on individual user performance within the selected date range.

  • Scans per User: Total tag scans by each user (driver/staff).
  • Tows per Driver: Total completed tows assigned to each driver.
  • Commissions per Driver: Total commissions earned (if configured in User Management).

Use this report to: Monitor individual productivity, compare activity levels between team members, and identify top performers.

This report breaks down the types of tows performed within the selected date range.

  • Tows by Type: Shows a count of tows categorized by their 'Type' (e.g., PPI, Private Request, Accident).

Use this report to: Understand the distribution of your tow jobs, identify your most common service types, and analyze business trends.

This report shows activity levels across the different properties you service within the selected date range.

  • Tows per Property: Total tows originating from each property you service.
  • Scans per Property: Total tag scans performed at each property you service.

Use this report to: Identify high-volume properties, compare enforcement activity across locations, and understand where your team is spending their time.
